• Loud music and excessive noise are strictly prohibited at all times. Villa Property & Maintenance.

• Guests must maintain cleanliness and handle all villa belongings with care. Any damage to property will be charged at double the market price.
• Linen Usage Policy: Any stains (tea, food, makeup, ink, tattoos) will be considered permanent damage. Replacement charges:
  • Pillow cover - ₹500
  • Towel - ₹750
  • Bedsheet - ₹1,500
  • Duvet cover - ₹2,500
• Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. A penalty of ₹5,000 will be charged for violations.
• Any destruction caused to the swimming pool, pool table, or trampoline will result in a minimum fine of INR 15,000. Any other damages will be collected at check-out. Food & Dining

• Meal services are available only within a fixed 2-hour serving window per meal. Delayed requests will not be entertained.
• Outside food is strictly not allowed inside the rooms to maintain hygiene standards.
• Housekeeping services are available from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. No housekeeping services will be provided beyond this timeframe.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted for guests above 21 years of age.

• Guests must maintain hygiene and safety in the pool area. Any violation will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund.
• Breaking glassware (glass/plate/bottle) inside the pool will result in a ₹20,000 penalty to cover cleaning, damages, and water refilling costs. Safety & Security.

• The management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Safe storage of valuables is the guest's responsibility.
• Strictly prohibited: Drugs, arms, ammunition, and hazardous materials. Any violation will be reported to authorities immediately.
• Guests are solely responsible for their own safety. The management will not be held liable for any injuries, health issues, or accidents occurring within the villa premises.

• Pets are allowed only with prior permission and subject to additional pet fees.
• Strictly prohibited: Drugs, arms, ammunition, and hazardous materials. Any violation will be reported to authorities immediately.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not damage the property. Any damages caused will be chargeable.

• Guests must switch off air-conditioners, geysers, and lights when not in use. Any wastage of resources will result in additional charges.
• Towels and linen will not be replaced daily unless explicitly requested. Additional charges may apply for extra requests.
• No refunds will be made for damages to personal appliances due to voltage fluctuations.

• 30+ days before check-in: 50% refund
• 15-30 days before check-in: 25% refund
• Within 15 days of check-in: No refund
• Cancellations/modifications must be communicated via email only.

• The management reserves the right to deny entry or evict guests without a refund if policies are violated.
• If a guest is absent for more than 24 hours without prior notice, the management has the right to vacate the room without any refund.
• House parties, receptions, and events without prior approval will be fined.
• Any disputes arising shall be resolved at the sole discretion of the villa management.
• The company reserves the right to limit the number of occupants.
